Two days of parkour, Trampoline, play, challenges and progression

Join us for a two-day Parkour Training Camp at West Coast Playground Festival — a camp for anyone who wants to move, learn, explore and level up together with inspiring coaches and athletes.

Whether you are just getting started or already have parkour experience, this camp will help you build a stronger foundation, develop your creativity and get inspired by experienced instructors and athletes from the WCPF competitions.

This is more than just training. It is a chance to meet other movers, try new challenges, explore the parkour course, play movement games and become part of the WCPF community.

Who is it for?

This camp is for both beginners and experienced practitioners.

You do not need to be “good enough” to join. Everyone trains at their own level with support from the coaches. Beginners will learn safe foundations and basic techniques, while more experienced participants will get challenges, creative tasks and tools to develop their own style.

What you will learn

During the camp you will explore:

  • Parkour foundations: jumping, landing, climbing, vaulting and moving safely

  • How to build confidence, control and trust in your body

  • Creative movement and how to find your own lines

  • Speed, flow and efficiency through obstacles

  • Chase tag, speedruns and playful competition formats

  • How to train with awareness, progression and creativity

  • New ideas and inspiration from pro athletes and experienced coaches

What is included?

  • Two days of parkour training

  • Workshops with experienced coaches

  • Workshops with pro athletes from the competitions

  • Fun competitions, games and movement challenges

  • Speedruns and chase tag

  • Playlab / Jam Session

  • Lunch both days

  • Time to hang out, train and connect with the WCPF community

Playlab & Jam Session

One of the highlights of the camp is our Playlab —

a creative jam session where participants get to choose what they want to explore.

You will get space to experiment, create your own challenges, test ideas and develop your personal movement style, with support from the coaches.

This is where parkour becomes more than technique. It becomes creativity, problem solving and play.
